There is some misinformation floating around regarding the Eviction Moratorium and that it will officially end June 30th.
Nevada’s eviction moratorium coincides with the State of Emergency and is effective through at least June 30th. The State of Nevada has not announced whether the State of Emergency will be lifted or modified on June 30th.
